Ordered flowers online to be delivered for GF's birthday. Called to confirm delivery. Ordering was easy and they were very helpful on the phone when I called to confirm. Flowers were beautiful! Thank you! Will definitely use them again!

I recently purchased an order of their free spirit roses. They were beautiful, but they were mistakenly delivered a week earlier than what I had requested. When I called to ask why this happened, the owner immediately apologized, took ownership of the mistake, and--without prompting--stated that she would have the same order redelivered on the correct date at no extra charge. 100% recommend ordering flowers from this business!

My Aunt passed away in Charleston, SC and I ordered the Fields of Comfort Cross. It was never delivered! I only found out because my sister attended the viewing and told me the arrangement wasn't there. I called and was told that it was canceled because of lack of product. I never received an email stating that even though they canceled the order around 4:30 the day before the viewing. Now it's too late to order an arrangement. I'll never order from this florist again. Should have went with Creech's!

I was incredibly pleased with the flowers that I ordered from Creative Florals for my sisters birthday. They arrived on time, the customer service was wonderful, and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. If you're looking to send flowers to someone you love in the Charleston area, look no further.
